Return Policy

All items are made to order.

We accept return or replacement requests within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:

• Items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect

• Items returned in unused condition and original packaging

As our products are custom made, customers are responsible for return shipping costs for non-defective returns. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

We do not accept returns for items that have been used or damaged after delivery.

Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method or replaced if applicable.
